"THE HUCKSTERS" MOVIE SPANISH LOBBY CARDS LOT
- 1947 MGM. Each 14" x 11".
Includes (1) Title Card and (4) different original color scene cards from the post-World War II drama starring Clark Gable & Deborah Kerr (her U.S. film debut).
This film is remembered for it's "racy" overtones involving Gable and his alternating pursuit of Kerr and "still-unknown" Ava Gardner.
TITLE CARD features a choice portrait close-up of Clark Gable.

A nice selection of classic original lobby cards from this popular Clark Gable MGM title.
Note: Some foreign releases were issued a year or two after the American release.

Condition of TITLE CARD is considered GOOD to FAIR with moderate surface/stain/edge wear. Mild surface/corner creasing with one 1/4" left border edge tear. No pinholes.
Condition of SCENE CARDS are considered FAIR with varying degrees of miscellaneous surface/stain/edge wear. Moderate surface/corner creasing with several border edge tears, largest being approx. 1/4". Extensive pinholes wear, mainly in border areas (several going into outer areas of graphics). One 1" x 1-1/8" bottom right corner chip on Keenan Wynn card.
Colors and imagery are still bold, bright and very attractive on all.
Overall, we feel this grouping is very displayable by most standards (see photos).
Collectively, these 5 cards would make a great CLASSIC MOVIE MEMORABILIA display. On a condition code scale of 1 to 10, the above listed item(s) rated - Title Card (7+), Scene cards (6).
